What is this meetup group all about? Hurray Beer is first and foremost about enjoying beer and socializing in Hampton Roads. We look for new places to experience, as well as enjoying old favorites. Preferably with great atmosphere, good food, and generous beer selections. We are the oldest continuously running hash in the United States. We meet Saturdays at 3:00pm, socialize a bit, and then go running/walking along a trail set by a member (the hare). Our trails wind through the wilds of the beautiful Hampton Roads Peninsula (Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg, York County), involve at least 1 beer check (for those 21 and older), and end with a festive, baudy and welcoming gathering (the circle).  It's a fun way to get in a bit of exercise with your socializing. …
