If you're interested in attending an event, please do the following;

1. RSVP, and let the host know how many people you have in your party. On occasion, some events will have limited space so guests will not be possible, (please read each event posting carefully.) If the event has fees involved and the Paypal button is engaged, please pay ASAP. If you would rather make other arrangement to pay - you must inform the host immediately.

2. If you RSVP and find that you can't make the event, please email or call the host and let them know you will not be attending, (this allows others the opportunity to attend.) Failure to comply means others don't have a chance to attend an event.

3. Most events will be pre-paid through Paypal, so make sure you have an account opened with the service, (or similar electronic pay.)

4. Bring cash whenever possible. Many events are set around a beer sampling and appetizers, (pre-paid.) Lunch, extra drinks, etc. are items you must cover.

IMPORTANT: This is a growing group and some events will have limited space. If you RSVP for an event, then discover you cannot attend - change your RSVP to NO. If it's a last minute situation - call the host. Beer Socialites who are not able to comply with RSVP standards, and RSVP for an event and don't show up - will be given one warning. If it happens a 2nd time, they will be removed from the group.
