This group is for people who may be in Austin some times and like alcohol. This is about having fun, nothing more. If you think that you want to sit out and drink a cold one at the Oasis, then by all means join us. If you are looking for a great group of people to hang with then look no further. If you are looking to drink to hearts' content we will always make sure that you have a ride home and we will make sport of you each and every time we see you so please be prepared.

We are the former Austin Beer Meetup plus group, but I have decided that the plus will mean more than just beer. We will meet for happy hours, road trips to great beer places, tubing on the river, chilling at the lake places and for the most part just tons of fun.

But seriously, this group is for the 272 members of the "The Austin Beer Meetup Group" who need something more.
