Barley, water, yeast, and hops. Only four ingredients to make beer. Sounds simple, right? Now you can really find out on a brewery tour of Yaletown Brewing by Mark James Group's head brewer, Iain Hill. Iain will take us through the process of making beer, after which we will do a tasting of the different styles of beer now available at Yaletown. Be sure to ask Iain about his Oud Bruin, a beer he now has aging in a French oak barrel that won't be ready until fall.
